So one Saturday we dropped Michael off to walk (in a t-shirt and shorts) to the BYU football game with our friend Spencer. It was a lovely day...
Me & Gwinna did some quick grocery shopping, came home & put on sweat pants;)
Within 2 minutes of shutting the door behind us the wind started to blow so hard that our recycle bin blew right over. AND then RAIN started to come down....so fast & hard (we learned later it totally flooded parking lots in Orem)
It did not last for very long but it was wild!

Gwinna was so excited & very unafraid during the thunder & craziness.
^power went out. lovely. a great excuse for me to light all of the candles in the house...for a little while anyway & really just for fun because there was still light outside:)

A long while ago I had requested a Book of Mormon from Stephanie Nielson.
She is one of my greatest heroes! It has a sweet picture of her family in it & her personal, powerful testimony. SO awesome and I was so grateful for these Elders bringing it over!
