A happy & creative month this March…

Airport time. Girls & Daddy Joe got a little suite to relax in before flight while I shopped for Nora and ate ice cream all by myself. Just lovely. 😊 

 

 

Another note to self: WEAR SUNGLASSES in Disneyland! I swear my eyes got sunburnt. I could not even look up after we went on Its a Small World! Poor Stephanie who also has sensitive eyes loaned me her sunglasses until I bought some on the way back to our hotel! Crazy. They didn’t calm down for almost an hour after.

 

DISNEY JOURNAL 

On first morning Indiana Jones, Pirates of the Caribbean,  Haunted mansion, Winnie the Pooh Tiana - our WHOLE family & Tio Brian in the back :) all of the sudden Michael was asking Brian when we were going and if he could use Asher’s poncho for to keep his feet dry! Surreal moment & then gwinna decided to come too! I told them after I could go home, end the trip and be happy. Michael Joe was screaming a bit trying to pump himself up for each drop, kept girls laughing.  Buzz Star tours Small world,  Moments with Lincoln with MJ (finally! He wants to do it every time!)  Midway Mania, Mermaid, 

  Day two Cupcakes for breakfast because Noe leaves sweet notes with our breakfast order. The woman delivering asked “where is my girl?” She was so grateful for the notes, said it makes her day:) we got her delivering everyday after that and she always thanked Noelle & called her “my girl” or “my princess” she reminded us of Yuphaa, just the sweetest.  Goofys sky School - Gwinna did it this time! So fun! I just crack up the whole time Monsters inc as whole fam dam Animation academy!!! So cute & fun looking artsy office space reminded me of MJs office. Learned how to draw the Chesire cat as a family! Philharmagic - I love it but very few people..hope that one never goes away  Met up with Tia & did web slingers which I am awful at & Noelle did amaze. I like Tom Holland…seems like a genuine guy. Radiator springs racers - I covered both girls faces in the picture, they was mad! Stopped for slushies with my girls and then shawarmas & trekked back to the hotel to eat:) Later in the day  Rise (Gwinnas favorite!)  Smugglers run  Runaway railway Goofys sky school 

 Day 3 Goofy sky school  Ferris wheel (not as eventful this time, girls said it was boring actually!)  Turtle talk (I love this one so much, always makes me laugh)  Soaring over Ca with MJ In btwn- girls hung out with Gomes family for a bit, salt and straw, ordered sandwiches, ran & shopped lululemon Room service dinner yum! Got Margherita pizza  Back to Disneyland- ran to get ponchos and do Tiana one last time for Sia She got soaked on her pants & Tia got her some new ones  Watched the projections show across from pirates. Perfect spot & so great! Note: Asher wanted to back up and after he did he looked at Gwinna & said “Gwinna you are going to get wet right there. I know it” and had his little finger in the air like I’m warning you! Sitting in his stroller  (we did not get wet;)  I tried to get my croissant cookie- sold out at 5!  so sad got ridiculous sundaes instead. NOT worth it. Maraschino cherries best part  Got one more haunted mansion ride in all together.  Me and MJ did Peter Pan & Mr toad together then met up with everyone to do Alice in wonderland, runaway railway & the gadget coaster  The girls stayed a little longer to get a couple more rides in with Tio and Tia and Asher but didn’t last long.  

Note: Brian absolutely cracked me (and a bunch of the workers up) by yelling like a crazy person on gadget coaster. Over and over, just freaking hilarious and he interrupted mine and Stephanie’s conversation, totally forgot what we were talking about and just died laughing at him.  

Another note: Gwinna is amaze. She made EVERY call to the front desk for us;) hehe. We needed an extra blanket for Noelle, she called…needed a sewing kit because I accidentally ripped Sia’s sleeve trying to loosen it a bit around the armpit, she made the call! We got room service for dinner one night, she called and gave them our whole order:) she loves it, I hate it & I LOVE that:)

These kitties missed their Noey. ALL 5 on her bed one night:) 

Hoppers…this was fun! Our chairs moved and shook & it was such a great movie! 

CRAY but amaze Sunday today (March 8, 2026) 

(Daylight savings time begins too!!! 

Oh also didn’t go to bed til midnight - up helping Noey cut cookie bars (had to remake frosting twice too) & clean kitchen & make popcorn! )

Church 9-11 Noelle AND Gwinna taught their classes..lots to carry in, treats, journals & such  (oh and because I was so focused on not forgetting things for lessons I forgot my preworkout! NOT ok for this day…Michael Joe loves me, he brought it to me during our sacrament meeting :) 

11-11:45 Gwinna got set apart along with 5 other new presidency members and leaders

Home to do my yoga & eat…

1:45-3:30 - Jessica’s home for leadership meeting (led game “guess who”) discussion of helping girls come unto Christ 

3:40 - ran home to drive to church to pick up sia from her practice for the Palm Sunday performance 

Got home around 4:10 - ate dinner / ate leftover sugar cookie bars made by Noey for her lesson  

Back to church at 5:45 for “why I believe” fireside that was honestly FIRE

This was so random & cute…landed right next to Noelle’s room & scared her:) 

This poor gal. She told me a couple weeks ago that the numbers on her gymnastics clock were blurry for her! What?!! So me and all the gals got our eyes checked as moral support for our Sia. She picked cute ones and is so thrilled she can see our faces & read things from a distance now! 

Our love fern turned 15!!!

Michael Joe turned 41!!! Woo!

inspired by former bishops talk- we need Christ to stand next to us and father to show us WHO really needs us. We cannot know by ourselves. Young man stayed behind on the hike for attention (he gave all right answers & outwardly seemed fine & put together!) we won’t know alone. Keep PRAYING

Noey planned a cutest activity for the girls. Kindness jars, we sat around and wrote a note to each girl and then had ice cream sundaes. A lovely night.

Delivered an Easter basket for Jimmy & then played in his neighborhood:) Gwinna FREAKED out when a bug was in her pants on our way home. 😂 I am not raising country kids! 

Michael Joe set up his Christmas present, the bird buddy. He and Sia are in love, looking at every single bird coming to it.  The turkeys cleaned up the seeds MJ dropped. Sia named one Bob and another Lily. The app keeps track! Sweet & fun to watch. 

My husband is HOT. 🥵 

Another note:

 We also finally got around to hanging up Noelles Christmas present too and then Sia wanted one. Aerial silks…they are learning crazy drops and making my armpits itchy every time I watch them do a new trick! GOOD work out.
