Girls were each in charge of decor in their own rooms this year! They loved it and so did I!!!
Everyone worked together to keep the magic of the elves alive this year. This was the BEST idea & MJ was the one who suggested it. Thank goodness. So much more fun (and so much less stress for mom) to rotate!

Riverwoods playing.
We did a star hunt at Blickenstaffs, sugar cookie decorating, too much shopping and Happy Sumo sushi😍
California parties. Too fun. We walked Hilmar with hot chocolate one night too. Good idea Tia Sophia! LOVE my Peanuts ornament & awesome felt chain (she made!) from Soph.
I will NEVER NOT GASP when I wake up and see views of snow out every one of our windows. Gorgeous from every room! Magic.
First snowman of the season!
We absolutely INHALED this homemade bread from our sweet neighbors. SO many gifts dropped on our doorstep. We feel so much love here.
Cozy family Home Alone night. Our bed was in the living room for a few days while we waited for our carpet to go in.
Big furniture getting situated! So exciting to live with this stuff now.
Sia got her braces back on! Noelle always baking;)

A moment to remember:
We had just gone to see The Christmas Carol play at the Hale center and MJ turned the garage lights off when we were all still in there and said “oooo…hopefully you don’t see Bob Marley” hahaha then caught himself “wait, no… not Bob Marley” We all cracked up and I said “ooh that’d be fun to see Bob Marley!”
And Gwinna started to sing “don’t worry, be happy..”
Hehe. Combined Bob Crachit and Jacob Marley

I finished my own stocking along with the kitties!
Traverse outlets with my gals. Fun shopping and a mini service opportunity.
Portuguese treats for our Osmond Lane neighbors. Michael and the girls delivered since I was at the beginning of my pink eye infection that morning. Exhausting…almost got to all of us. MJ escaped it.
I loved prepping for Sia’s birthday this year because #1 We have a whole downstairs area that we can hide the balloon garlands in! AND #2 I had help! Well…kind of from Gwinna but Noelle helped me with a lot AND made her cinnamon rolls for breakfast with pink frosting (Sia claims they taste even better when the frosting is pink!) Noelle was also working so hard for weeks to make her streamers for her to walk through in the morning! Of course I didn’t even get a picture of those!
Cinnamon roll & Christmas/cat puzzling…what could be better?!!
Christmas EVE….such a cozy day.
I watched a movie by myself while I prepped the gingerbread cookie dough & cleaned the kitchen.
The girls were downstairs working on their performance for us that they did later in the day.
Wicked this year💚💗
In this picture Michael Joe is telling the girls he does not want to shake hands with them and get infected with pink eye. 😅
Very proud of myself for not going crazy this year. NEED to remember this! Each girl gets 2 of her what she absolutely loves and wants and then I got them each about 4 more things. Of course its a struggle having birthdays surrounding too but even then they only get about 5 (not crazy) gifts for birthdays 💪
It SNOWED, very mildly, on the morning of Noelles birthday and as we were looking outside to see a FOX crossed the road right in front of us! So cute and fun to spot!
Gwinnas main gift was 3 tiny tiny baby dolls in a white basket purse, Noelle got the Drew Barrymore mixer for her baking adventures and Sia got a gymnastics bar!
The magical mess💫
This was exciting to see!
Also this! A year of work. Excited to start the next one😄
